Hi!
I am uploading numbers of large media files (MPG1) which takes hours. And every now and then I suddenly get the LAMUS login window again and all files that were uploaded in that session are gone, meaning I have to start all over again. Is there an automatic time out for a LAMUS session? Can it be removed?

Hi, yes there is a timeout but it should count from your last action. Can you try to upload the files one by one? Apparently uploading multiple files with one click (correctly) counts as only one action. If the timeouts are still wrong, please write to the forum again.
