Update for Mac OS and PyAnnotation as Third Party Resource

Version 3.7.2 of ELAN has been updated in order to fix a number of problems in media playback. A Python library to access and search ELAN files, PyAnnotation, has been added to the Scripts section of the Third Party Resources page.
This Mac-only release of ELAN tries to tackle a number of media playback problems. For several combinations of Mac OS version, QuickTime version and hardware (PowerPC or Intel), application crashes and freezes have been reported, occurring in different stages of program execution. The new Cocoa-QuickTime based media solution has been improved to make it more stable and reliable. PyAnnotation can be applied by people who are somehow familiar with scripting in Python and who wish to search multiple files and transfer the results to other libraries for analysis.
