The ELAN manual has been updated to reflect changes in v. 3.0.
The ELAN manual has been updated with a description of most new features that have been added in v. 3.0.
A lot still needs to be done like updating screenshots, url's and the shortcut overview.
The modification date of the manual is now mentioned on the download and description page (http://www.lat-mpi.eu/tools/elan/elan-description) as well as in the manual itself, so it is always possible to check whether one has the most recent version.
