Release of ELAN 4.1.1

This is a bug fix release solving some problems with the tier order, the snap annotation option, the export of a list of annotations for multiple files and it contains improvements to the Transcription mode.
In addition to the fixes mentioned above some other changes and new features are included:
- the number of columns in the Transcription mode is no longer limited to three. The user can set the desired number of columns in a redesigned user interface
- in the multiple file search it is now possible to define constraints between the tiers in the layers. Information in the multiple layer grid is now preserved when changing the size of the grid
- in annotations from overlaps the order of the selected tiers can now be changed
- on Windows 7 more efforts are done to use the Elecard MPEG-2 plugin when creating a media player for mpeg-2 files
