A first version of documentation of the EAF format.

This is the first version of a document describing the EAF annotation format. EAF is an XML file format defined by an XML schema (xsd). The document describes the elements and attributes of the schema and occasionally adds information on how ELAN interprets and handles information in certain elements and attributes.
