Chapter 5. Annotations

You can use the ELAN program for annotating your data. This annotation process involves three steps: defining linguistic types and tiers (see Section 5.3.1 and Section 5.4), selecting time intervals (see Section 5.7), and entering annotations (see Section 5.8).
