4.2.10. Saving a template
Document Actions
A template offers the possibility to reuse the same document setup for more than one media file. This includes:
linguistic types (see Section 5.3)
controlled vocabulary (see Section 5.5.7)
tiers (see Section 5.4)
Saving a template is done as follows:
Click on menu.
Click on
Choose a file name ending in .etf
Click on
See Section 4.2.1 for a instructions on using a template.
When saving a template a preferences file is created alongside of it. This preferences file will be used when a new document is created on the basis of the template.
