Inter-observator reliability, elan

2 questions about Elan:

1. Does anybody know how I can add observational scores to my annotations in Elan? We need it so we can calculate the inter-observator reliability.

2. What does goal mean (the third line in the row) when you want to get the inter observator reliability? You see iy when you go to merge transistions..

Your two points are not completely clear to me:

1. Is this about adding annotations (scores) to existing annotations? Then you could create a depending tier of type Symbolic Association and enter the scores on the depending tier. But maybe this is not what you mean?

2. In case this is about the File->Merge Transcriptions option (to merge two files into one) and "goal" means destination, then this refers to a third file, the destination file into which the merged files will be written. But again, maybe I'm completely misinterpreting your question?
