WAV zoom 40000%?

Posted by pcallier at 2011-12-28 19:28

I am annotating a WAV (22k 16-bit PCM) and whenever I switch back and forth from the transcription view to the annotation view, or open the file to the annotation view, the zoom on the signal viewer is set to Custom - 40000%. I switch it back to 100%, what have you, and it works fine, but then switching to transcription view and back to annotation view yields the same effect.

When I had a video set as the master file (same project), there were no such issues. I took the video out of the project because I didn't need it and there were stability issues (codec-related I think?).

Info:
Windows XP SP3
ELAN 4.1.2
"java -version" gives 1.6.0_29

Thanks for any help!

I deleted the project psfx file and it worked again. Must be somehow the zoom settings got messed up and I couldn't get them to save in the preferences file.

This behavior was due to a bug while storing the preferences. This is been fixed for the next version of ELAN which is expected to be released at the end of Jan or 1st week of Feb.
