Could you be a bit more specific what exactly doesn't work? When I type some random Chinese characters in an annotation and then search for them, they are found as expected. Which search function is this in your case, the single or multiple file search?

Just type some random chinese characters in an annotation and then search for them,thay aren't found. single file search.
Mybe it does't works in Chinese Enviroment. My computer Windows 7 64bit.

Thanks for this information. When searching for single characters in single file search you might have to tick the "regular expression" checkbox. Otherwise only "words" that are exactly that single character (or the combination of characters that you typed into the search text field) will be returned as hits. The single file search behaves a bit different than the multiple file search (where substring matching is the default).
I did what you suggested: type some random Chinese characters and search for them and with the "regular expression" option individual characters are found.
I hope it also works on Win 7 in a Chinese Environment!
