The mpg files used to match the wav files but just recently I realized that my audios and videos dont match eachother. In other words the picture is slower than the voice. Can you help me please?

The situation is not quite clear to me: in what sense (in what application) used the files to be in sync?
And is the difference between video and audio constant throughout the file or do they start in sync and gradually go apart while playing? In the first case the Media Synchronization Mode can be used to sync audio and video, in the latter case nothing can be done within ELAN (the files need to be re-encoded in a audio/video editor).
