I can reproduce the problem. It is a bug that seems to be introduced by the new option in ELAN 3.9 to exclude the tier names. Most unfortunate. Effectively, you can now either export without the tier names or with the "separate column per tier" option.
This will be fixed in the next release.

The lack of CR in the output broke our analysis scripts (we use a relational database built in ACI 4D to process the ELAN output). For the time being we are working around the problem by coding in ELAN 3.9, then opening the file in ELAN 3.6 to export it with CRs. <br><br>- Mike<br>
