I'm still having the same problem, though I now installed the program under Program Files. The logfile (from .elan_data/elan0) gives the following error message:<br><br>Problem while creating directshow based media player<br>Using QT Media Player<br>Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: quicktime/QTException<br><br>Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!<br>
