cannot do Configure Tracks in Timeseries Viewer
Hi,
I would like to view a time-series graph synced with a media file. I followed the instructions in the online manual: I linked the time-series datafile (which is a text file in the format timestamp (in seconds) followed by a whitespace followed by a numerical value) to the media file (via Linked Seconday Files -> Set Associated With...) and the Timeseries Viewer now shows up. However, when I select Configure Tracks the following message pops up: There haven't been any configurable time series sources defined. Plus, I cannot set the range for the panel: Set Range for Panel -> BasicTrack-0 does not do anything.
What's wrong?

Thanks,
Kitty
Re: cannot do Configure Tracks in Timeseries Viewer
Sorry, forgot to say: I'm on Mac 3.8.1.
K.
Re: Re: cannot do Configure Tracks in Timeseries Viewer
It sounds like something went wrong when reading the file.
For this kind of files, by the way, there is no user interface available to configure tracks (I believe); the range is derived from the data and a random color is given.
Maybe you could try to convert the text file to a csv file (replace the whitespace characters by ; characters) and link again? You may also send the file to me so that I can check where things go wrong (han.sloetjes AT mpi.nl).

Ah, thanks! I replaced the whitespaces with commas, and it works OK now. Thanks!
-Kitty
