The error message seems to indicate that something can not be found because the format of the path is wrong. The drive letter "M" seems to be interpreted as the protocol part of a url ("unknown protocol: m"). Maybe it is a reference to a dtd that causes problems? How do the first two or three lines of the .trs file look like, maybe you can post them here?
