Hello,
I am a new user of ELAN. I have some files that are transcribed in CLAN so they are CHA-files. I need to import the CHA-files into ELAN. How is it done?

There is an File->Import->Chat file... option that you can try. But a more complete and robust conversion is provided by the CLAN tool/command "chat2eaf".
