ELAN hasn't been tested yet on Windows 7, but yes, it is the intention to have a Windows 7 ready ELAN version. It would be helpful if you could post the log file here. After trying to open a file, exit ELAN. The log file can be found here:\.elan_data\elan0.log Could also be elan1.log etc., check the timestamp to find the right one. I assume accessing the media player framework will be the problem, there might be a 32 vs. 64 bits issue. The log could tell. -Han
