I reported this same problem as a response to another thread a few days ago (11 Sep 2009), but there's no response yet from the team. Hopefully it'll get resolved in the next release.

I have a possible lead, after talking to a colleague. Apparently, this may be due to which format the film is in. On the other hand, the two I tried with were both .mov-files - one worked the other didn't. But, I guess there may be other settings that create this effect...
