Synchronization Problem

When I try to synchronize annotations with the corresponding audio segment, by typeing crtl + enter, nothing happens. And when I right-click on the annotation, that option ("modificar tiempo de anotación" in spanish) is deactivated.
Can anybody help me?

For the "Modify Annotation Time" (in English) to be active the active annotation (in dark blue) should be on a time-alignable tier (annotations drawn in black) and there should be a time selection (in light blue).
Once these criteria are met and the menu item is active, it also depends on the tier dependencies whether or not anything happens after Ctrl+Enter.
