Where do I find "native media" option?

I've seen it in the Manual,
"In the very unlikely case that you encounter problems while playing video files, uncheck Options > Use native media platform in ELAN’s initial screen."
But nothing appears in the Options of ELAN's initial screen. I believe that's why I cannot play the videos, but can't find where to change this option.

Yes, this option is nowadays only available when you launch ELAN with the "elan_3_6_0_jmf.bat" script that is in the root of ELAN's install directory.
But if you uncheck this option JMF will be used instead of the Windows Media Player based player. I don't think it will solve your problem but you can always try.
