Hi we have some problems with the video/audio displays: the first time we opened a new project (2 videos, 1 audio) we saved the project in .eaf.
Next time (today) we tried to open it, we couldn't find neither the videos nor the audio.
Then we tried to open them anew: but none of them opened, but only once just ONE video and the audio files opened (that is were visible on the screen). All the other times nothing happend. there was just the grid on screen.
Any suggestion on what to do?

It is rather strange that video's and audio are sometimes visible and sometimes not visible. The only way to tell what is going on is probably to inspect the log file. After opening the eaf file with invisible or partly visible video's, quit ELAN and open the file <user_home>\.elan_data\elan0.log in a text editor. There should be some error messages towards the end of the file. You could post them here.
