Hi !
I would like to know if it's possible ton underline something (word, syntagm, etc.) or to put it in bold/italic inside an annotation ?

No, this is not possible in ELAN.
This kind of styling information could be added after export to HTML.
It is also possible to export to interlinear text or traditional transcript and process the result in a text editor/word processor.
