I've been running ELAN under Mac OS X Lion for a few days now and it seems to be working perfectly fine with one exception:
Any changes to the GUI preferences are not being saved to the .pfsx preferences file. For instance, readjustments to the location of the divider between the wave-form and the annotations below, or changes to the choice of frame Grid/Text/Subtitles/Metadata/etc. being displayed is lost, the zoom level for the wave form, etc.
Any ideas about what the problem could be?

It is fixed and will be available in the next release.
