Hi,<br>I have just installed Elan but when I click on
"New" the application closes. Is this because I am trying to
run Elan on Windows Vista (64bit)? I saw a thread from 2007 re: Vista
Version, with people asking about a stable Vista version of Elan... <br><br>Thanks for any help, Helen

I've only been able to test on a Windows 7 64-bit computer and there ELAN seems to run fine. I wouldn't expect that it would be different for Vista, but cannot be sure.
Maybe there is some information in the log file after the application has shut down (Users\<user>\.elandata\elan0.log)? Or maybe there are some err_pidxxxx.log files in the ELAN install folder containing information on the cause of the crash?
