Hello,
<br>Our Lab is new to Elan and we need help in using the software for decoding gesture and watching the videos frame by frame. How can i extract the gestures from the videos. In what way is this software useful after adding annotations and other thing to the video what is the next step we can do <br>

ELAN facilitates stepping through the media frame by frame and segment the media frame-based and on multiple layers. Then it includes a search engine to query the data and to find patterns. It can create some simple statistics on the annotations and allows to export to tab-delimited text (which can be opened in a spreadsheet application).
