I am having trouble accessing files saved on hard drives. ELAN does not allow me to see any external or secondary internal hard drives, so I cannot access either media or .eaf files that are saved on them.

What is the operating systems in question? ELAN relies on the built-in Java functionality for accessing drives and I don't recall ever having heard of discs not being visible. On Windows all mounted drives should be listed under Desktop -> Computer in the "Look in" dropdown box, on Mac the drives should be listed under Macintosh HD -> Volumes.

I apologize. This is my mistake. The second hard drive was in the volume folder.
