I don't think this is on any to-do (or request) list yet. I suppose you're referring to the tab-delimited export? It'll probably not be too hard to add.
In the meantime a similar output can be generated through Search -> Search Multiple EAF and executing a query with an empty searchfield. The file that is created by the export option (the link/button) is a tab-delimited file with a column for the filenames.
Or, alternatively, choose Search -> Structured Search Multiple EAF and then in the Single Layer Tab execute a regular expression query with the proper wildcard. The results can be saved via the right mouse button popup menu; this produces a tab-delimited file that is a bit more elaborate and that also contains the filenames.
There are no customization options for the output in these cases though.
