Hi,
When I try to import a Praat TextGrid annotation file, I get the following error message: operation interrupted, no tiers etected in textgrid file. I don't understand why it doesn't work and I can't find anything about it in the manual. I have textgrid files with several interval tiers (2 or more) that may or may not have a tiername. The textgrid files were created in a straightforward way in Praat 4.5.21. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Aha, I get it. The TextGrid has to be written away in Praat with the command Write to text file... and not one of the other available commands that can be used to write TextGrids.
