How to change for Unicode ?

Hi !
I would like to use a unicode Font (like Bitstream Cyberbit) for facilitating exportation (CHAT-files for sample) but if I find where to change fonts from a preselected list of items (chinese, turkish, IPA, etc.), I don't find what I have to do to choose one of my Fontbook.
Any idea ?

All annotation values in ELAN are Unicode and font independent. Up to now ELAN tries to load and use Arial Unicode MS for all annotations, by the way. The language list is just about input methods, not about fonts.
In a/the next ELAN release it will probably be possible to specify a font per tier, but this will just be a 'presentation preference' and will not be stored in the eaf or any exported transcription file.
