Problem Importing Toolbox file

When trying to import an anotated *.txt file created with toolbox, I had the following problem: only 47 of roughly 450 records were imported. When I looked at the *.txt file, I could not find anything different or strange in the record, at which the import was stopped.
What really puzzled me, that, when I deleted that very record in the toolbox file (the first of those that were not imported any more), and imported the file again, some more records were shown in ELAN, but still only half of the whole file. Can anybody help me to understand what is going on? Thanks a lot.

Importing with the .typ file and the "all markers are Unicode" checkbox checked, seemed to do the trick.
