TROVA does not recognize and not take into account in searches across various annotation files Toolbox files with the file extension *.tbt, which is the extension currently required by LAMUS for these files. This renders TROVA unusable for any corpus that includes files with the extensions *.tbt

Trova now treats Shoebox and Toolbox as being essentially the same file format, so both are supported. I am not sure when exactly this rule was introduced - late 2009 or early 2010 maybe.
